ABOUT US

Lions Jrs. was established in 1993 with three 12 and under teams and 35 girls. We are now
considered one of the elite clubs in the nation with 49 Lions teams, 2 Fearless teams and 8 Alliance
teams and over 550 members.

Lions Jrs. Volleyball Club is one of the best regarded junior volleyball organizations in the nation.
This past club season, Lions Jrs. was one of only five clubs in the United States to have a top 25
nationally ranked team in each age group and the only club in Illinois. The club earned six medals at
nationals that included one first, one second, and four third place finishes.

Most of our club players move on to play collegiate volleyball. This past college season, we had 90
alumni playing with seven of these players earning All-American honors. Two of our alums were
members of the Penn State National Championship Volleyball team. Lions Jrs. players can be found
on varsity teams throughout the Chicagoland area. Four of the six first team all state Chicago
Tribune players were from the club.

This year Lions Juniors is taking its boys volleyball program to another level. Now known as 3rd Coast Elite VBC, 3rd (3C) strives in developing the physical and mental skills necessary for our athletes to compete at a higher level. It is our goal to instill the core values by which 3C stands for:
