Lions 12 Red and 15 Red both captured titles this weekend. 12 Red took the Youth Classic
at GLC in Aurora without losing a set. In this string they defeated Nebraska VBA, Sky High,
SPVB and Milwaukee Sting Gold in the championships. Lions 15 Red won the 15's Central
Zone hosted by Sky High. Great job girls!

Congratulations are in order for our baby booming coaches Brian and Jordan Zielinski. Their
precious bundle of joy couldn’t wait any longer and decided to surprise everyone early. Both
Mom and baby are doing well. Date and time of Birth: Friday, 5/22/09 at 9:55am Baby's name:
Elizabeth Rose Zielinski Height: 15in Weight: 2 lbs 11 oz.

Lions 15-1 finished second overall in the Great Lakes 16 and under power league. They
were the highest ranked 15 year team in the tournament. There are over 100 teams that
compete in this tournament. Congratulations Lions 15-1!
